COVID-19 update from our team

With multiple restrictions being put in place by the state and federal government in response to the spread of COVID-19, we wanted to provide you with an update on our services and stores.

For our online services, we will be continuing to work as normal and will provide you with updates if any changes are made. At this time, we have only stopped all deliveries to China until further notice.

Unfortunately, in order to reduce human to human contact, we have chosen to suspend our pick up service and have ceased our return and exchange option in store. If you would like to organise a return or exchange, we recommend sending your product via post and contacting us on email at support@uggexpress.com.au.

In line with the changes made by Australia Post, we will no longer require a signature on deliveries. If a signature is needed, the delivery driver or post office employee can sign on your behalf with your permission. Check details here.

Following the latest social distancing requirements and updated federal and state government advice to stay at home unless it is essential, we have decided to temporarily close all of our retail stores now.
